Each section starts with a plain English summary; the text below it is what applies.
1. How to report
In shortEmail support@runchatlab.com with what, where and who you are. We act fast, and child safety reports come first.
Send every report to support@runchatlab.com. Put the kind of report in the subject line: "Copyright", "Abuse" or "Child safety". We review reports as quickly as we can and deal with child safety reports before anything else.
Most content our customers use lives on the fan platform they sell on. We can stop our Agents from offering or mentioning it and remove it from our own systems at once; removal from the platform itself is done by the platform, and we pass your report on to it where that helps.
2. Copyright takedown notices
In shortTell us which work is yours, where it is used, and confirm you have the right to complain.
A copyright notice should include:
- the work you believe is being infringed, or a list of works;
- where it is used: the creator's handle on the fan platform and a link, screenshot or description of the item or message;
- your name, postal address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter notice to the same address with the item, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address, and your signature. We may close the account of a creator who repeatedly infringes.
3. Abuse, consent and impersonation
In shortContent of you shared without consent, impersonation, harassment or scams: tell us and we act.
If content of you is used without your consent, someone impersonates you, or an Agent harassed, threatened or tried to scam you, write to support@runchatlab.com with the creator's handle on the platform, what happened and when, and screenshots if you have them. We can pause the Agent while we look into it.
4. Child sexual abuse material
In shortNever send us the material. Tell us where it is. We act immediately and report it to the platform and the authorities.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), real, drawn or AI generated. Do not send the material itself, not even as a screenshot; tell us where it is (the creator's handle and what you saw) at support@runchatlab.com with "Child safety" in the subject.
We immediately pause the Agents involved, keep only what the law requires us to keep for the investigation, and report it to the fan platform and to the competent authorities (in the United States, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children). You can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org), the Internet Watch Foundation (report.iwf.org.uk) or your local police.
