1. The rules in short
In shortAdults only, real consent, no customs, nothing outside the platform, no tricks with fans.
This page is a short version of the Acceptable use section of our Terms of Service. If the two ever differ, the Terms apply. You must not use RunChatLab to:
- talk sexually with, sell to or target anyone under 18, or upload or process any content involving minors;
- sell or share content of anyone who did not consent, or anything illegal where you or the fan are;
- promise, sell or deliver custom content through an Agent, or promise anything that does not exist;
- arrange meetings, move fans to other payment channels, or take payment outside the fan platform;
- mislead fans about prices or what they get, or push a fan who shows signs of crisis or money trouble;
- harass, threaten or defame anyone, or send spam;
- switch off, bypass or tamper with the safety checks described in our Safety protocol;
- attack, probe, copy or resell the Service.
2. What we do when rules are broken
In shortWe can pause Agents, remove content, close accounts and report illegal content.
We may pause Agents, remove content, and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we report suspected child sexual abuse material and other illegal content to the fan platform and to the competent authorities.
